Terms and Conditions

Our products are made to order so they cannot be returned or exchanged once ordered. Each product comes with a 1 year guarantee and can be repaired or replaced if (on the rare occasion) any damage occurs in that time period. If the item that is faulty is discontinued, customer can exchange for a different item of the same value or a refund can be given. Refund is for item price only, not including postage and is for the price the customer paid for it if payment occured when there was an offer on. Items that are not made to order (this includes only bridles and spur straps) can be exchanged for a different size if not a sufficient fit but customer must cover return postage and the additional postage for the new item to be sent to the customer. Also, please note, if the item is purchased as a gift for someone, the person receiving the gift cannot receive a refund if the item is not suited. It is up to the person receiving the gift to return to the original purchaser to request a refund or exchange. This is to prevent fraud. The invoice VAT receipt you will receive with your order cannot be used to receive a refund or exchange. The order number must be quoted (as per email you receive) in an email or on the phone. Again, this is to prevent fraud.
